Everyone at the dealership has been helpful and they all go above and beyond to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. Really excellent service. Rose has always been very helpful to me (on my third Nissan from Ken Ganley and worked with Rose each time) and she regularly checks in with me to make sure that I'm happy with my vehicle.
Tigh Shaffer sets a great standard for others to match, he's great with customers, and has great communication skills. He is very professional, and is the person I would prefer to set up / work with on any of the service appointments.

Rose was an awesome salesperson and did a great job of showing me all of the wonderful features on my Murano! She even stayed late to make sure I drove it home that night!
Ryan was awesome. Very patient and communicated with me for months before I finally pulled the trigger and bought an Altima. My 5 star rating is for Ryan only...if I were rating the finance office, they would get a 3 star.
