I have purchased several vehicles from Ganley Nissan in Medina. 5 years ago I traded my Nissan Altima in to purchase a Lexus ES. While the Lexus was a great car, and the service started off as great, I felt over the years that the service had begun to diminish. In August I returned to Ganley Nissan and purchased a 2016 Altima. I just picked up my new Nissan Murano today and I wanted to express my happiness with both the salesperson and the dealership for an easy process. My salesperson was Rose and she was not only knowledgeable about the car, but when I first met her I was interested in a different car. It took me almost 3 months to decide on the Murano and during that time I wasn't hassled by Rose (unlike most dealerships), she was patient and waited until I had made my decision on the car. In my time of need, Justin stepped up. My old vehicle had just die. Justin was able to locate a vehicle for me that fit my budget and had what I wanted in a vehicle. I recently leased my fourth vehicle through Ken Ganley Nissan. My salesperson has been Rose the last three vehicles. She shows me what I am interested in. She listens to me. Rose has all the figures together for me and a car for me to test drive prior to my visit. She is very dependable. No pressure to look at anything else. This is the kind of sales person/dealer that I want to do business with.

Dave was helpful in getting us into our car, but just days after owning it, developed a nasty grinding sound. Took it to a local garage where mechanic was able to remove all four tires lugs by hand Thanks for the brakes and tires but a big thumbs down for service department gaffe...could have resulted in serious injury

Rose and I had an appointment to meet on Saturday, November 27, 2016 and I asked her to have some figures ready. She was all ready, explained everything very well and I walked out of there with a new, clean auto. She even helped me take everything out so my old car into my new, set up my Bluetooth and showed me all the features of the car. I am very happy, as always, with Ken Ganley Nissan in Medina and Rose is an excellent sales person

I just completed a crazy experience visiting six different dealerships in pursuit of a car and buying experience that I could say was easy and uncomplicated. My first dealership visited was Ganley Nissan with salesperson extraordinaire, Abby Donges. From the start, she understood that I was exploring different brands and was encouraging, even following up with me on occasion without ever being obnoxious or pushy. Just got a new 2017 Pathfinder and it was a great experience all around. I felt like they really wanted to work with me to find the right vehicle for the right price. From the moment you walk in the door you get treated like a customer should be. Best Nissan dealer in the area and I've been to them all. Ask for Rose - she's awesome to work with.
