Ryan was awesome. Very patient and communicated with me for months before I finally pulled the trigger and bought an Altima. My 5 star rating is for Ryan only...if I were rating the finance office, they would get a 3 star.
Ryan did an excellent job. I cannot remember the last time we purchased a car this fast & hassle free. Our time was not wasted and everyone in the dealership make us feel valued.

Service wise, I always come to Ken Ganley. I have been doing so regularly since 2010 and I intend to continue. I even bought a car from a different dealership and bring it to Ganley for service. I was not going to start looking for a car at Ken Ganley Nissan because the dealership does not have a good reputation from those in Medina who I talked to on willingness to negotiate price or trade in value.
