"Ken Ganley by far the best Nissan Dealer" I purchased my first Rouge at a different dealership and felt left alone and not helped and just another person at their showroom. Well, I went to Ken Ganley and I felt so important and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The service is outstanding both on the sale floor and in service. I usually go early in the morning and the service guy is the best. I just connected with everyone at this dealership very quickly and the sales process was fast and just perfect!!

I would have expected for the service department to already understand the reasons I brought in my car not for me to explain the service. "Frontier needed emergent maintenance. " Frontier needed emergent maintenance while on the road. Stopped at Ken Ganley on short notice. I was welcomed by Mike, told him the problem and during a very busy day the truck serviced with 2 other known issues fixed also.

"Awesome customer service every time I visit!" I made an online service appointment and when I arrived, Mike, the Service Advisor, was ready to take care of me and my Rogue. Mike is always super to work with and answers all of my questions. I asked for a loaner, and one was issued to me so I could run my errands while my Rogue was in for it's 18 month scheduled maintenance. Ken Ganley's Service Department is very accommodating, in addition to everyone being friendly, efficient, and courteous to everyone.
