Jeremy and Brandon did not keep us waiting and got us the truck we wanted for the price we agreed upon. Thank you and good work. Still waiting on getting our step rails installed, so I will update my review once I've gotten those done. Overall it was a pleasant experience, better then the 5 other dealerships we have gone to.
We recently were involved in a rear end collision and our 2014 Altima which we bought new from Ken Garff was totaled. Alex found the perfect replacement car for us. He hid the keys until my wife and I could run down to look at it. They gave us a great deal and made sure it was the one we wanted with the options we needed. I would highly recommend Ken Garff Nissan in Riverdale and especially Alex Hopkins. I'm sure our next car will be one from Ken Garff. I hope Alex will still be there. Thanks Alex !

Me and my wife just had our 2015 Nissan Altima totaled. We knew we were going to have to go through the pain in the xxx hassle of buying a new car. We bought our Altima at this dealership, specifically because of how easy it is to buy a car with them. Alex Hopkins is always our salesman. He does an amazing job! First let me say :-) I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership in within the past three years always upgrading to a better vehicle, and I.also purchased 2 other vehicles at the west valley location as well. It puzzles me as to why it took close to THREE weeks for your loan to clear. Never once have I tried to get a loan without supplying my income verification at the time I wanted to purchase a vehicle ( that's just common sense ) if I wanted the vehicle by time I left that same day!!! My experience with the service department was not the "normal" service department experience from other dealerships. It was excellent! This was my second experience working with this shop. The traction slip indicator light was on constantly in my 2006 Titan. I stopped by the service department to leave the truck for diagnosis. When I explained the problem, the service advisor asked if the brake indicator light was also on.
