I have purchased 5 vehicles from Ken Garff Riverdale Nissan since 2011. I have had the opportunity of work with all the people i have listed above. Adam Briscoe was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure i was taken care. He is the reason i have went back and bought other vehicles. Grin,Ed, Jake and Dan all went out of their way to ensure i got the best financing.

When we went to the dealership we were expecting the same experience as any other but we were completely blown away. Never once did we feel like we were being sold to. We have already made recommendations to everyone we know who is in the market. In fact, one of our cousins did buy a car based on it.

The reason why I am writing this review is because this is the second new car that I have purchase from Ken Garff Nissian in riverdale and both times it has been very easy and fair price no pressure. Chris had a car waiting cooling off before we got there it was 102 degs the day we test drove the car. Grin help get us the best price for our trade in and final cost . Great car and easy to work with great job !!!!

My wife and I wanted to lessen our carbon footprint. In 2010 we put up solar panels. At that time, I said that when we purchase our next new vehicle, we will get a fully electric car that will run off of the solar panels. Put up or shut up; we bought the Nissan Leaf. Chris Covert was direct and friendly. I knew what I wanted to look at, called in advance, and he had the truck out front and ready to go. He coordinated well with other departments, having my trade-in evaluated while we were test driving. The offer/counteroffer process was handled quickly and fairly. I have not had a better experience at any other dealer in 40 years of buying cars.

I was involved in an accident that left my 2012 Nissan Altima Sedan a total loss. This was not a fun experience, but when I knew I was going to have to replace my car I knew exactly where to go. Lawrence Lucero and Jana Christopherson helped me get into my '12 Altima and really exceeded my expectations. I drove about an hour north to this dealership to find a very rare car (altima coupe). Process took only two days and after all the negotiation and long discussions, we were able to both work something out. I am pleased with the customer service and I would recommend this ken garff dealership over the other two by far! If it wasnt so far out from my neighborhood I would probably visit more often. thanks again!

Absolutely great service! Fun to work with! Chris Covert has always gone out of his way to get us in the vehicle we want at the price we can afford! Very clean or super organized...love my new Rogue!
