I'm not the type the loves to go "car shopping" in anyway. I have a hard time dealing with most car dealers. All they want is for you to get in a car in doesn't mater if you love it or not. I went to Ken Garff in Riverdale just looking and I feel in love with my car. Robert was so helpful and just wanted to find a car that made me happy. I would and have told all my friends looking for a car to go there and talk to Rodert. Now I'm just waiting to get my heated seats put in my car, then I will be one happy person.

Lawrence was very helpful and offered a fair price according to internet research I had done. He answered all my questions except when I asked what base the Rouge was built on. Lawrence patiently explained all the features of the car and While we were test driving the Rouge, Lawrence we were talking interest rates going with Nissan or a local credit union. He mentioned Nissan was competetive at 2.99%. But after dealing with the finance department, I was offered a 4.49% which I found odd. Alex was concerned that Lawrence had ... read more

We have owned Nissans for the last 8 years so when our needs changed and it was time to buy again we stopped by. Ryker was exactly what a salesman should be, he was polite and friendly and he gave us all the space we needed to think about our options. We loved the Versa we nearly bought there, but we found out the next day that twins would be joining our family and that we'd need a bigger car. Lawrence Lucero was great. The only reason I rated our overall experience as good is because we were treated differently when another guy found out we were paying cash for our vehicle. As far as the price is concerned We're just frugal people.

I began my vehicle purchasing process about a month before I actually went into the dealership. I was deployed and knew exactly what I wanted upon my return. Jana worked very hard to get me into the exact vehicle I wanted using the internet as our only means of connection. Before I had even set foot in their office, she had already tracked down the car and begun the process of having it shipped.
