By far the worst experience in my entire life, in any aspect. I called the dealership on Monday to confirm a Vehicle was available for sale. I explained I would be bringing cash to purchase. They did and I asked them to confirm against Thursday. They called me Thursday and confirmed and also texted me to confirm. I go there and they say sorry we sold the vehicle. Was interested in a 2024 Palisade and after speaking to a salesperson from the dealership I decided to drive 50 minutes from Broward to see my new car. The salesperson told me over the phone that I could get the vehicle for 1.9% financing for either 5 years or 6 years. After agreeing on the price and trade in of my vehicle they told me that the 1.9% financing was not for the Palisade. Don’t go here for services , had an appointment for 2:00 pm , got to the place at 1:50 an hour later I was still in line waiting to get service for my car at 3:00 pm , plus what ever time is going take to service my car
Worst customer service ever. 3 separate times we’ve scheduled an appointment for a recall, waited for an hour to speak to a service advisor, only to find out they didn’t have the part.

I just called Kendall Hyundai Service department because my 2021 Palisade battery died. I spoke with Jonathan. First thing he did was ask me for my phone number to locate my account, and he found me inmediatly. When I asked him if my maintance plan included the battery, he couldn't tell me, only a Sercive Agent could, but not today Sunday, but Monday because they were closed. Avoid Kendall Hyundai service department! I have been trying to schedule my car for service since January. Each time I call I’m told that a service rep will call me back. I’ve never received a callback. I finally get fed up and take my car in and I’m told I can’t leave it today because they’re in the middle of switching systems. I request to speak to a manager and I’m surprised. They “schedule” me for a valet service but guess what? No one calls me to pick up my car on the day of the valet service.
