Horrible customer service. Can returns calls yet alone answer a phone call. Waiting weeks to speak to someone but if you wanted to purchase a car someone would call back in seconds. Worst dealership ever
Terrible, I bought my car last Saturday and then on Monday the tire light came on, I took it to the dealership, because I bought it with a pre-owner certificate, three mechanics saw the car and one of them told me that the tires were not in good condition, ignored and said they were not repairing, right now my husband is there, and I intend to return this car, which they did was unacceptable, they let me leave with the car with bad tires, totally irresponsible, the manager did a huge disregard for me, I will never recommen... read more

I took a lease Elantra 2016...have been my WORST experience in all about post-sale service by salesman, service department, etc. This was my first, and surely will be my last deal with this dealer. I recommend find other dealer!
Unprofessional Liars. The Sales Associate offered me a Lease plan on Sunday, same information he gave me by phone and text message on Monday and today and when I was about to go to the dealer and close the deal he change the offer and numbers went high. This dealer is a trap. I have the proof on my messages and I will escalate to the Better Business Bureau and I will provide his name and proof of his lies
Unprofessional LIARS!!! I suggest you take your money somewhere ELSE!!!! After leasing a vehicle in Nov 2017 I was promised by the salesman and a SALES MANAGER, no less, that if I leased a new Sonata they would absorb the fees on the old one, if I paid for the extra mileage, which I DID, I am still getting billed $1300. They LIED, LIED LIED and then they were very unprofessional and refused to honor any of their promises. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, there are plenty of Hyundai dealerships around.
