Stay away from this place. Made an appointment for car to be picked up for service. When no one showed up, I called and they said someone would call back. When they didn’t call back, I left a message for the service manager. When he didn’t call back, I left a message for the general manager. When he didn’t call back, I posted a comment on google and they responded with the general managers email. Of course, he didn’t respond. Called Braman and the whole process there was fine.
I took my 2022 Tucson Hybrid in for it’s first oil change service. After almost 3 hours of waiting my car was returned to me dirty, oily hand prints on the interior and a damaged driver side door handle. When I asked the management about the car condition, they said “you did not specify that you wanted it returned clean”. When I pointed out the door handle damage, scratched to the metal, they were going to use touch up paint to fix it. Ultimately they agreed to order a new handle. That was a month ago. I dropped my car off to get a diagnostic since Monday 8/29/2022 at 7:30am, I was told that was the best time to bring in my car. The service advisor Aaliyah has been giving me the run around, each day she tells me my car is almost done being diagnosed which is clearly a lie. I also expressed to her that I’ve been paying $45 daily for a car rental because I work and I do not have family in Miami. I am frustrated at this point to resort to writing a review. very bad customer service. took appointment (valet) and no one showed up. call 5 times and still waiting for someone to call me back. I will never deal with a place like this. I took a day off from work, and I miss my doctor's appointment because of your carelessness.
Bad customer service skill, you call the Kendall Hyundai dealer, the receptionist don't tranfer the calls properly she just take a message and said she works in the billing dept. when you leave a messages w/her for the service dept. no one returned the calls. STONE COLD LIERS!! I leased a 2020 Elantra from this dealer a year ago. I asked several times the interest was on the car, and the answer was always the same” There is no interest in lease cars, only sales tax” Mister Amado was my salesperson. One star is too much for the service they offer. Truly the worst of the worst. A few months ago I bought a Hyundai Accent and they sold it to me with the damaged air, the next day I went and they told me that they would take care of fixing it. last week I was in the market for a new car. the wife and I had our eyes on a Genesis and loved the car, too bad the sales guy ( Alfonso or Alonso don't remember his name)and service didn't match the car. on top of giving us a low ball offer that almost seemed like it was joke, he left us with the "offer" letter while he attended to an older couple. he was offering us a 2019 demo with 3000 miles on it at 500+ a month. we advised we had excellent credit and yet still quoted that amount.
