I too love the doctors however, im greatly disappointed in personal running office. I called about our dogs having many infected puss spots on skin and I was told I have to wait over 10 days to be seen. Sorry but this sort of thing cannot wait 10 days. Im not sure if this could potentially endanger our dogs life but I know it would mostly cost more to treat once this infection gets out of control. We have been clients here for 2 1/2 years. We followed the vet & vet tech when they relocated from another Animal hospital. I took my cat in for a shave down and sedation last week. They require I bring in my cat by 8 am but don't get to her till 2. She hasn't eaten after midnight because of the anesthesia they will administer yet she sits in a box for 6 hours until they have time for her. The office is very out-dated, old and dingy, appears dirty. The doctors are ok but I'm giving 2 stars because the office staff is unfriendly, cold, are rude. It appears either they do not like working there or they do not like people (or even animals). Every experience is the same - rude front staff. There are other vets in the area that I can take my pets to and feel like they actually want us to be there. Plus, their offices are clean and bright, not dark and old looking.
I was a customer for this veterinary hospital for 20 years. I was truly loyal to Dr. Hudman and his team. Since the coronavirus started, I have recently become a parent to a teacup Yorky puppy. I took him in for his first veterinary visit with the clinic, and I absolutely detested their process. Kennel Care will not Correct their Mistakes. The Problems I have Experienced at Kennel Care go far Beyond what I can explain. I talk to many Breeders and they No longer recommend Kennel Care. After Paying my Bill in Full, several Mistakes had been made with my Dogs. I asked for a Correction on the Billing and Nate the office Manager Refused. Brought cat today for a booster shot three weeks after the annual physical check and the first shot. Was charged for another doctor examination/consultation. This does boost the vaccine shot price by 4X. Ridiculous!
Had blood work that was very important and time sensitive done there on Monday and they were suppose to get me the results by Tuesday. My regular vet has never had an issue getting these results by 8am the next day. I called them at 1pm and told me they still didn't have results but would call me back. Been going to these vets for 15 years. Something has happened rude staff, will no accommodate urgent issues anymore. Got a new vet,very nice accommodated our urgent issue. Don't need bad vets messing with my animals

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE and quite frankly, DANGEROUS!!! I'd give negative stars if I could. If you just need routine shots- then fine, go here. But if you have a loved family member who is actually sick and needs care, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! To make a long story short, Kennel Care suspected Valley Fever but NEVER ACTUALLY TESTED FOR IT and they gave my dog generic antibiotics.
