Rudest front office staff I've ever encountered. They never returned any of my calls when trying to schedule a new patient appointment and didn't respond to any of the appointment requests through the website. When I finally got a hold of someone she was argumentative, condescending and extremely rude. Marie should be fired. My senior dogs had been going to Kennel Care since 2006/2007. We were happy in the beginning but I realized too late that when my babies became seniors that Kennel Care was not properly caring for them. One of my babies had rotting teeth in her mouth and was never offered pain meds nor antibiotics, and it wasn't until I went to another vet that I realized how much she was suffering. I absolutely hate to only give one star as I have been a very regular client for nearly 20 years with bringing in over 15 dogs in that amount of time. I have consistently stayed loyal to Kennel Care because of Dr. Hudman and his staff have always been extremely gracious and cooperative when a large bill came up. I always paid the bill and never once no showed an appointment or neglect to follow through as advised by the doctors. I was always greeted by the staff and felt at home. If there was any other choice for the specialty procedure that my dog needs, I would drive a hundred miles. I've never dealt with such unaccomidating staff and doctor EVER. Surgeries have been a success so I'm forced to continue supporting this business.

I think maybe it's time to retire. Grumpy, dismissive, knows everything. But I know my pet. And my pet is terrified to come to this place. I'm over 70 and never had this issue before. Simply said. NOT FRIENDLY. This is probably why I never see other patrons here. Hmmmm maybe time for a reboot.

I called to make an appointment to see Dr. H since she had treated my elderly cat for pancreatitis and was told that I could not be fit in for an appointment but that it sounded as though my cat "needed to be seen sooner rather than later" due to blood in her urine and I would receive a call back from Dr. H to discuss options. I received no phone call , I called again and explained I hadn't received a call back from Dr. H. I was placed on hold and told once again that I would still be receiving a call back. First, I would like to mention that the doctors here are amazing! The office staff in my opinion are HORRENDOUS. Here are a few points that you should consider before taking your pet here. I've been a client for almost 4 years. - They don't take emergencies. So sorry if you don't have an appointment. They'll advise you to go to the emergency vet where they don't have your animals history. I'm shocked at the horrific even that happen with this office. The office manager as stated in other reviews is very dishonest then covers his mistakes leaving customers in utter panic. They did a poor surgery and when advised to bring back the dog they refused service as they said it was to late even at 3pm. Then they refused to give my dog back after they said no charge as when I got there they said oh it now 400.00. Never will I come back and will make sure family and friends are aware. Shame on them.
The absolute worst vet in Phoenix. With covid wrapping up they still will not allow you to enter lobby. The receptionist is terrible. Worst customer service ever. We were told to just call from the car and had a busy signal for 10 minutes. I cancelled my appointment.because if they are this awful I can only imagine how they treat the animals.
