Unethical, Dishonest, Unprofessional Business We purchased a Chevy Cruze from Kenny Kent from Paul Beggs. The night we got it we drove it off of the lot the check engine light came on. We immediately called them and they told us to bring it in. The car was taken in 7 times (Only 3 of which they say they did, however we have proof of all 7). The car was having transmission issues. Dennis Butcher experience Did my oil change in a timely fashion. Set the appointment up quickly and was ready for me, when I got there.The staff was very friendly. Joe took time to check some other issues that I had, while I was there. He is always friendly and helpful, whenever I email him.
Great experience!! Excellent on all accounts. It's too bad that paperwork has to take so long, but there are many laws that have to be followed and we understand that. We appreciate Kris's preparedness. He was very thorough and we appreciated that very much.
Service on 2015 Chevy Silverado diesel I dropped of my 2015 Chevy Silverado for repairs to a leaking main seal. After the repairs were made I picked it up, only to find that it was still leaking. I later returned it to the dealership and was told it was the oil cooler that was causing the leak. They installed a new oil cooler (under a warranty repair). Wasn't buying just service. All I had done was oil change and tire rotation. But as usual I had very prompt and courteous service.
I will never buy another car from K K ! I went in with my son and he wanted to bye a car. Salesman asked my son what he would give for this car and after my son gave him a price he said I will see you boys later!........I just purchased a car from them a month ago but NEVER again! Rude people!
Not on your life Drove 120 miles one way to look at a truck that i was told was on the lot and ready to go. When i got there i was told that the night before someone took the fender off a new truck to put on another one. WHO does this. They did say that they would sell me another one for the same price. Was not even offered gas money. 240 miles round trip for nothing. I would not purchase anything from them..........
Service Department The Kenny Kent Chevrolet service department was excellent. Joe was very helpful in trying to sort out what was wrong with my car. The whole team was very helpful and allowed me to use a car while mine was being repaired.
Captiva oil change Not only was service preformed. But me vehicle was picked and returned to me. Vehicle was even washed.
