Do not tell them that you are from out of state or that you are paying cash, they will try to gauge you and sneak things in your bill. Horrible experience We purchased a new vehicle that had 2 small dents/scratches. Our salesman assured us they would be repaired and the vehicle would look new, as it should. The repair process was a complete fiasco, due to a complete lack of communication from Kenny Kent. Every communication throughout the process had to be initiated by me. The story I got changed at least 4 times. I will never purchase anything else from this dealer.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CHIS WHITE Bought my car with Chris White from Kenny Kent Chevrolet. When I went to go pick up my car, it was extremely filthy and the previous owner was still connected to my radio. This tells me that this car underwent little to no inspection. Truck already sold I set up an appointment over the phone with one of the salesmen to look at a truck. I drove from Owensboro, Ky to see the truck but when I got there I was told that the truck had already been sold. I would be very hesitant to drive all the way over there again.
Arrogant sales manager Had an appointment set up with a salesman named Caleb when we got there a different salesman came out and would not allow us to see Caleb he was very friendly no problems till he brought the sales manager out who was nothing but an arrogant self-centered xxxxx I will never return to Kenny Kent Chevrolet in Evansville no matter what kind of deal they have going on.

Awful experience here. Certified Pre Owned means nothing to this dealership. We purchased our "certified pre owned vehicle" and that drive home it had issues. It then took the service department 2.5 weeks to "fix it". We will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. I have spoke with GM about this issue and waiting to get a response.
