Everyone is always very pleasant and accommodating. However, I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to use a loaner car since my tire rotation took over an hour and a half. But, I assume all loaners were already spoken for since I wasn’t able to book my appointment until the day before.

I appreciate the pick up and loaner car program offered on my Lexus when getting service. I’ve heard it’s not offered any longer on new car purchases. That’s a bummer.
