Everyone is always very pleasant and accommodating. However, I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to use a loaner car since my tire rotation took over an hour and a half. But, I assume all loaners were already spoken for since I wasn’t able to book my appointment until the day before.

The dealership is usually pretty good about my car. I was rather frustrated with this last job. I had my car in three weeks before and was to have certain maintenance things completed as well as the rear hatch fixed. It was not fixed because the person I dealt with thought that it could just be fixed by changing out the shocks. When I got home, it already was not working properly. I called and left a message.
