Great service and employees but would like to see a better waiting lounge for the waiting customers

Upon pickup of RX noticed dirt on the whole front of the RX. This was of concern for the SUV was supposed to have been Zaktexed. Brought to Tyler’s attention and situation was quickly remnified.

Except for one instance, We’ve always had a positive experience with Kenny Kent Lexus; the most recent service was no different. Being a dealership, they’re not the cheapest, but they provide clear invoices with part numbers and labor costs. We appreciate knowing that we receive OEM parts in our Lexus vehicle. Additionally, the loaner vehicles are always nice. I recommend Kenny Kent Lexus, and Toyota.
