I bought new lexus and maybe im too picky but I see they did wash it but looks as if they didnt dry it off, spots everywhere. Also back floor mat was up in back seat and to be honest didnt look like they vacuumed it out , I understand its new but still should of been checked.

Outrageous prices. MIs diagnosed problems I really don’t know how Kenny Kent service department stays in business

This is the second new Lexus that I have owned. I have owned six new Toyotas and five new Fords. I have never paid for a tire rotation except for the Lexuses. That was disappointing.

Visit Lexus of Louisville for pricing/service. Kenny Kent unethical ($1,000 deposits). Try to keep without disclosing non-refundable. $10,000 higher than Lexus TX 350 in Louisville. Very unprofessional. Sales manager screamed and chased us through the lobby. Internal investigation conducted by Joseph Walton, concluded that it was "customary to escort guests like this". OUT-OF-STATE BUYERS BEWARE! ! IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN 5 SPECIFIC STATES, YOU WILL PAY SALES TAX TWICE! I HAVE BOUGHT CARS IN SEVERAL STATES AND NEVER HAD TO PAY SALES TAX TWICE UNTIL I WENT TO THIS LEXUS DEALER. They will try and charge you $3000 over MSP for a car that is not even been built yet. If you give them the thousand dollar deposit it’s nonrefundable. Buyers beware

Price Posted on Web Site Not honored I called to confirm availability for a QX80 posted on the web for $51,847 and was told that the price listed could not be honored -- the actual price should have been $59K. Either a serious posting error, or a bait and switch....be careful with theses guys.
