3/5 overall. Took my vehicle in for 2 services in 1 day (I live 1 hour away), but only received 1 service. The receptionist did not know why my 2nd service for my vehicle recall was skipped over. My vehicle was on the premises for 3 hours. The 1 service I did get, Zaktek, was beautiful, however!
