I went to Kenny Kent for my 25k mile service. Marcus Johnson was very attentive. I arrived early and my service was so quick, I was out in under 45 minutes.
The service writer (Joe Hoffman) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me confidence that my RAV4 would be taken care of properly.

Joe was very helpful and pleasant. Overall, a good experience. All of the staff were pleasant and respectful...especially Mike M. who directed us to our vehicle when the service was complete.
Enjoyed working with Rick and Steve, no pressure, no hassle. I found the car online, went and drove it that day, slept on it, came back next day drove it again. Then got a fair offer on my trade, and they were quick to get financing and all the paperwork done so I could go enjoy my new ride.
