Usual great care in customer care; easy in and out, a little longer service time than expected. (> 1 hr.) Cost has become an issue and although it may be competitive, it is too high a price to pay for maintenance work. That will certainly come into play at the next interval that the vehicle is due.

Service contact - joe was very nice. However plug loose and i had 3x6 puddle of oil in my garage floor the next morning. I work in a different town and had to go to Toyota in Jasper. They worked me in between service appointments and took care of me. They contacted Kenny Kent and I have yet to receive a call of apology or concern from KK. I think oil changes are pretty routine, so I'm pretty disappointed and concerned about taking my car back again. I would rather go to somebody I can trust.
