I liked that the brakes were replaced, the oil changed, and the engine light is off. I didn't like the wait-in excess of four hours.

World class service. Tyler Logsden (service advisor) went be on the call of duty to work me in the schedule to immediately take care of a dead battery. In and out in less than an hour.
most of the evaluation and getting me schedualed quick basic what i didnt like was rhe the cost figure
When I arrived, the service attendant did not have my car scheduled, even though I had called 2 days earlier and made the appointment. I asked him if he remembered some specific points of our conversation, and he said he's talked to hundreds of people since then. It did not set well with me. They got me in, but it took a bit longer since they made time for me. This has never happened before, and this is the 3rd Toyota I have purchased there. The guy's name was Marcus. I hope he's not assigned to me again.
