My experience has always been positive at Kenny Kent Lexus. They have always taken the time to make sure I understand everything.
I will start by saying that my salesman (Ron Nickens) was helpful and friendly. The buying process was relatively quick and painless but I did pay cash and didn't need any financing so that may not be everyone's expirence. We test drove several vehicles on the lot that were simply not ready to show to customers imo. One being extremly dirty and the other not having a functional screen/display ($8000 repair according to them). However, we did eventually find the car for us so it wasn't horrible.

They texted me a price for my service but when I went to pay bill it was double amount. I said that to the girl checking me out & she responded sarcastically "that's not my problem, talk to the agent". I was also texted some issues they thought I needed to take care of - why doesn't a human being come out to waiting room to talk to me in person to go over so I knew whether to have it taken care of then or to wait until next service?
