His attention to detail and accuracy on all financial numbers were amazing. Ken is one of those people who cares about his client to the very end of the process and even after. There were no surprises working with Ken.
Ken and the whole team at Fairway Mortgage went above and beyond to make sure the whole process went very smoothly.
Ken was not the only finance place I went to..but Im glad i found him, I was buying my house from california and could only be in town late or on weekends. I worked with Kensaku to purchase a condo in Arvada, CO. It was my first home purchase and he was great about explaining the process and all my options! I had a very short closing window and he ensured everything was processed quickly so I could close on time. Kensaku was available anytime I had questions, even on weekends and evenings, and made what could have been a very stressful process go smoothly.
