Looks nice from the outside, but poorly managed We were really excited when we first started leasing from Kent. They seemed put together and the property is very pretty. We should have seen the red flags from the beginning, though, as even the leasing process was a hassle. We kept getting different answers from different people, and frequently received panicked phone calls telling us they never received something which they never told us to send. Noisy, poorly managed, but amenities were nice Terrible experience due to lack of resolution from management during the time I lived there and even worse after I left. Noise at the pool was a repeated issue during my time at Kent Place, many times during the week in the middle of the night I had to place calls in and nothing ever happened from management.
