Verified Renter My experience at Kent Place Residences has been going downhill since Avenue 5 took over management of the property. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
very deceiving When I moved in it seemed too good to be true. Cheap rent, friendly people, newer building. This has turned out to be one of the worst places I've ever lived. Management will simply not respond to anything. Apt smells like weed constantly from neighbors, and upstairs neighbor keeps calling the cops repeatedly, bothered by everything. Verified Renter Our once great living community now looks run down and not secure. There is no longer any upkeep or updating. It truly needs attention.

Verified Renter This place looks great from the outside and I guess if we didn't have someone living above us that was so loud it might be acceptable to stay here another year or two. However, it is clear the apartment community will not do anything for its residents unless they threaten lawsuits or are super rich and threaten the company. This is a horrible way to make your residents feel appreciated for paying your bills.
Verified Renter Appearance really upscale but the media room rarely has any access they need more help on maintenance 2 weeks to change a light bulb and sliding door still won't lock...covered parking a plus &location and convenient to grocery store!
Verified Renter The amenities are awesome....when they're working. The staff is friendly as long as you don't have a problem then they're rude and blame the problem on you. Had two package that both Amazon and the Kent told me where delivered but mysteriously disappeared. The garage door is always broken at C building so basically if you like a plethora of broken things the Kent is for you!
