Verified Renter Kent Place is a friendly, caring community with people of all ages. Our building is very well taken care of, with helpful staff and maintenance crews. The location of KP is great for access to the mountains, downtown and the tech center, plus many surrounding shopping areas and restaurants. Love the easy access to the grocery store-walking!
