We worked with Jim Kerr and it was great. He responded right away to any questions we had or to schedule any houses we wanted to see. When it came time to write an offer, he worked all hours with us to get the offer in on a very tight deadline. He was the first agent we met with and we both knew right away that we going to choose him. We're both super glad we did.

Working with Doug was fantastic! He went way beyond the call of duty to help us. The listing agent we worked with was less than responsive, but Doug made sure he didn’t drag his feet on important items. We hope to be purchasing another home to use as a rental property in the next few years. We will absolutely come back to the Kerby and Cristina office so we can work with Doug again. Thank you Doug, for a fantastic home buying experience!

It was a great experience, from the first time we said we wanted to sell to the very end. Cristina was very thorough and explained everything we had to do to get ready. It was a very smooth transition. We were really glad she told us to get a pre-inspection. We were able to work on that over a few months instead of trying to get everything done in a couple of weeks. We highly recommend the team of Kerby and Cristina!

Jenn was awesome!! She definitely went above and beyond our expectations. She was very knowldgeable and thorough on every showing we went to and worked very diligently to get us in a house. She kept long hours to show us properties and always kept in touch. If she wasn’t available she made sure someone was. Being first time home buyers was challenging and frustrating since we didn’t know much but Jenn genuinely cared about us so she made sure we knew everything and she was always honest. Very good! Tiffany was absolutely wonderful to work with and I had a great experience! Tiffany and I were able to narrow down what I was looking for after going to a couple of showings. Once we were able to figure out my needs and wants, the process went a lot quicker and she was able to help me out in a competitive offer on my dream house.

We had a great experience!!! Very happy with our agent--he gave us great advice. They gave us a suggested list of companies to use in the preparation to get our house on the market and everyone we chose from the list was great-- inspector, plumbing repair, etc.

Buying a new home was a great experience made even better because of Jim. He really worked for me. He checked out each place I looked at in full detail and reviewed all showings with an inspector’s eye. He answered all of my questions and frankly made the seller’s realator look bad. He knew what to do to insure my offer was taken seriously. I love my new home and the home buying experience was positive because of Kerby and Cristina Real Estate Experts.
