What can I say, they helped us sell our house in less then a week! Cristina and Kerby obviously know their stuff and really impressed me with their effort they went to to make sure we were prepared well before selling out St Paul home, and negotiating down a very fair price when we bought our St Anthony home (and getting both homes closed within a month of each other!) Kerby and Cristina were great. As first time homeowners it was important that we didn't feel pushed into a decision. They actually took the time to care about our priorities, needs and wants. We were able to take our time to find the right house to call a home.

In buying our home, we worked mostly with Cristina. She was very knowledgeable and always went above and beyond to find out as much information as possible for the homes we were interested in. She was available almost around-the-clock to answer our questions whether that be via email, phone, or text message. These guys were great. I would highly recommend them to anyone I care about. I thought they provided very helpful and honest advice throughout the process. They are extremely responsive and stayed very involved to helped us through the whole negotiation, which went fantastic. They have a great reputation and it is well deserved based on my experience.

Kerby and Cristina and team have helped us buy houses two times. They are wonderful, responsive, knowledgeable, two steps ahead of other reactors and overall great to work with. It is nice working with a team that gets it done every time. We ended up getting the house the first day it was listed at a great price - it can only be done with a team with the excellence of Kerby and Cristina and tram.

Kerby, Cristina, and their entire team were so incredible in helping my husband and I buy a house. I have bought two places wih Kerby and Cristina and I highly recommend them to everyone. They also helped my brother purchase their place, and my parents used them to find a cabin. Our family will always use their team. They're very responsive and are willing to help anyway they can. They have done a great job for my family and I would encourage everyone to use Kerby and Cristina for a great experience.

Kerby & Cristina and their team went above and beyond as we purchased our home. When it was time for us to take the leap, they sat down with us and talked through all aspects of the process, and helped us narrow down our search of what would best fit our needs - talking through price, location, layout, schools, etc. We purchased a foreclosed home and they kept us in the loop through the whole bank process and helped us to a successful closing. They were always on top of things, quick to respond, and genuinely excited for us!

The best in the business! My husband and I purchased our home with Kerby and Cristina 3 years ago, and from beginning to end they really made us feel confident and comfortable. Their knowledge of our target market (south minneapolis), confidence in every step of the process from the search through the closing really made us feel at ease. They were incredibly responsive and timely, in their communication with us as well as the selling realitor. Would choose them again if we ever want to sell our home!
