Second time buying a home with Kerby and Cristina. Bought and sold this time and ended up with the home we wanted at the price we wanted and ended up getting a great price for our house that we sold! Staging and Marketing were key and were very responsive to our requests!

Worked with Kerby to buy my first home. Then worked with Eric to sell that home 3 years later, and buy a home with my girlfriend that works better for us. He adapted to our personalities quickly, and communicated with us on our level. It really made the process easy. Selling a home in the middle of a MN winter can be frustrating. I happened coincidentally upon Kerby & Cristina 2 1/2 years ago in my search for my first home. I immediately fell in love with them as a team upon my first meeting with them. The entire team was responsive and had a great system in place. Everything was clearly communicated and professional. Our house was priced right and we had a full-price offer in 4 days! Eric was really fun to work with and made the whole process very smooth and stress-free. Because of the quick sale of our old house, we were able to purchase the home we plan on being in for years to come. If we ever decide to sell/buy again, Kerby and Cristina will be our first call!

This Realtor was very helpful in our first home purchase. We spent a long time; about ten months searching for the house that met our needs. We worked mostly with Peggy, who was very patient and always friendly with her responses to our many many questions.

We were glad they had knowledge about the whole metro, which is what we needed being new to the area and having no inclination of where we should end up. I wish Minnesota allowed their realtors to be less reticent about endorsing neighborhoods, but they were very skillful in providing us information. I thought they managed the contract and close processes very well. We were always informed about what was going on and what was needed of us.
