Donna was great to work with and helped us sell the house in our time frame. Donna had a professional take pictures to post with the house that looked wonderful and we're sure they helped with showings. Donna gave us tips on what upgrades we needed to do to get the best offers on the house, painting, window treatment, floors, etc. We were going to do some things that Donna suggested weren't necessary therefore saving us money. Nikki is a fantastic realtor! She always made sure I felt heard and advocated for me at every step in the process, making sure I had all the information I needed to be confident moving forward. She also was honest about any potential issues she saw, which I greatly appreciated!
Sam was a very committed and responsive realtor. Even though I had a small budget and he wouldn't make much from some of the super cheap houses I wanted to see he still drove hours to see remote houses I was interested in. He responded to me within minutes and set up showings immediately after I asked. I still can't believe the great deal I got on the house I did because of Sam.
