David is an upstanding guy. I have bought two houses from him and both times were a treat. Even with my unconventional business background (I am a tattoo artist, and I work in mostly cash) he was able to source a loan and a home for me within my budget and desires. I got exactly what I wanted. BIG plus that he's just a generally likeable fella. He stayed on top of my needs at all times and helped me jump through all the weird hoops my loan needed.
