We are first time home buyers and Juan was excellent in finding us a house we loved that was in our budget range. He has a great expertise on the Rochester area and helped us find a nice new developing neighborhood where we can raise our newborn! I was skeptical about selling becuase of our dogs and limited schedule, but Jeremy helped me work through this and worked diligently to find a buyer and negotiate on my behalf. Not only was he knowledgeable about the market and process he was also very patient and responsive with my questions and concerns. I would recommend him to anyone!
