Kaylee LaVine was so wonderful to work with! Kaylee listened to what I was looking for and with great patience, kindness and understanding, helped me to find my perfect home. No question was to big or too small and Kaylee graciously sought out the answers I needed. Everyone needs a realtor like Kaylee in their corner. Finding a new home can be so stressful and you need that extra special person to guide , reassure and support you through the process.

Fantastic! I will never use anyone else! Amazing at Real Estate agent. She'll try and find you the house that fit you at the right price. She goes out of her way to hunt for the right place that fits your parameters. Also, if you do put an offer on a house and something is wrong with the house, she'll even find someone to appraise the problem. Then give you 2 or 3 options to move forward with your offer. She helped me in a amazing way. Highly recommended just on dedication alone she'll get you to the place you want to be!

Sarah has guided me over the past 5 years with locating and working for me in the acquisition of 5+ properties. She has been very helpful with sharing her knowledge and experience of the Twin Cities real estate market as well as have the resources and tools to get the job done. . Additionally Sarah has assisted in the sale of several properties of mine all of which have sold within 5 days. I will definitely be calling Sarah for my next property purchase or sale!!!!

Tara was our agent. We couldn’t have been happier with how smooth the process of selling our home went under Tara’s guidance. She and her team were very informative and knowledgeable. We asked Tara to be detailed with her assessment and opinions and we feel that made the difference because our home sold in a far shorter time then we expected.

Dylan was the agent representing us during the sale of our townhouse in Plymouth mn. I appreciated his advice and knowledge throughout the process as we worked with a very difficult buying agent. We had already moved 3 hours away, and Dylan assisted as the point person to coordinate work that needed to be done to our townhouse in preparation for the sale. That is above and beyond. I could not have been more pleased with Dylan! He really helped focus my search, was very responsive to any questions I had, and provided a great breakdown of every house we toured.
