Great job as always, prompt and very comfortable experience.
I have had my share of Dentists and I can't say enough for Dr. Kerr and his staff. For me it's no nonsense, extremely professional from the hygenisis, to the technitions, and to Dr. Kerr himself. They tell you what you need, don't try to sell you on something you don't need, very fair on their pricing along with versitile payment plans. Plus two conveinent locations here in Plymouth.
Dr. Lutz and his staff were very thorough. Dr. Lutz uncovered a problem wih my partial plate which is going to be taken care of in the future.
Kathy is gentle, kind, friendly and professional. She did the "pocket measurement" today, which at other dentist offices has been very painful. But Kathy was not aggressive at all and I hardly felt the tool. Everyone on the staff is very professional and friendly. Their computer systems are up-to-date! Kathy was able to schedule my next appointment before I left her chair.
Dr. Lutz is very competent and personable. I have found costs to be very reasonable. Office has the latest technology. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I did have a bit of a wait at my last appointment.
A thorugh dental exam could not be easier!
This was my 3rd visit to Kerr Dental Associates. Today I had a cleaning with Amy. She was lovely, seemed very competent, and was very informative on how to follow up.
The entire office staff works together to provide the very best of care. Dr. Kerr and Jody are the best of the best.
Kathryn did a great job as usual.
