As usual everyone friendly and professional !!!!! What made the visit even more comfortable was --- not having Dr. Steves shit kicking music howling in the rooms !!!!!!!!!!!
Your practice definitely is geared price-wise to the Pine Hills which I guess makes sense since you are located in the middle of those people. But you financially exclude "regular" people. My co-pays have never been so outlandish. I will not be back. I'm continuing with a dentist that treats "regular" people.

While my cleaning and exams were at their usual and expected apex of the dental world, the ambience was much improved by the loud rock, heavy metal and punk music blaring from the speakers. Apparantly when Dr. Kerr is absent from the office, the entire staff rejoices at their liberation from sad country ballads and parties like it's 1965!!!!!!!
Cleaning was fine.No concerns.
the people that work there ---- from the front desk to the all stars in the treatment rooms ---- make the AGONY of listening to all that damn whining shit kicker music --- worth the torture !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! att. dr. kerr
I like that the dental hygienist takes my blood preseure and asks what's going on in my life, as that can have an effect on the health of my teeth and gums and also may be a sign of how I'm tending to my oral hygiene.
My appointment was for 10 AM, but I was not called by the Hygienist until 10:30. I find this wait, with no explanation or alert from the staff, to be unacceptable.
I did not know I could have fillings at my gum line to cover receding roots. My teeth look great!
We were very disappointed in the approached used for the evaluation of new patients at Kerr Dental Assoc. We have never been at a practice where an evaluation of a patients dental health would be done prior to a thorough cleaning. This resulted in false information provided about the current condition of the patient's dental health. A cleaning would have provided an opportunity to remove stains etc. from the teeth in order to properly determine what would truly be decay/cavities.
