I was a new patient with a broken molar and plans to travel overseas in two weeks. Dr. Lutz quickly gave me an appointment for a new crown. Dr. Lutz's expertise with the scientific instrumentmation in the office to measure, mold and place a new crown resulted in my walking out with a new tooth in less than two hours. The staff here is awesome and gentle. I highly recommend a visit to anyone seeking a new dental pracrice.
To Whom it may concern: Kathy did a really great job cleaning my teeth, really professional. That was also the first time i wore sunglasses while having my teeth cleaned and it reduced the glare in my eyes, so that was neat as well. I also liked the country music playing. sorry, no constructive criticism.
Friendly staff, sense of humor and excellent care of my oral hygiene. What more can you ask for?!

I have always hated going to the dentist. But what a team they have here. I was having a procedure done by one of the dentists (who was fabulous) and my regular dentist came in just before the procedure began to make sure I was okay and to say everything would be fine and I was in good hands. That was a first and left quite an impression. Like I said "Can you love a dentist?"
Very comfortable environment. Pleasant and friendly staff. I would recommend to anyone!
I was disappointed that I did not get to see Dr Stipho. I made the appointment to see her because I had seen her once before. I think that the office should have alerted me before I went to the appointment that she was not able to see me.

Hi Brenda, Thank you for alerting us to your concern. We apologize for the misunderstanding on our part. We should have been clearer as to which doctor you were seeing. Generally this type of appointment is with a general dentist not with the periodontist. Again we are sorry and really appreciate your feedback. It is the only way we identify holes in our systems and correct them. Front desk team at Kerr Dental.
The office had to reschedule my appointment do to the availability of a hygienist. They did every thing they could to insure it was scheduled within 24 hours of the original appointment. The service could not have been better!
My experience with the Hygenist today was 100%
