Kevin Bui was great. Very helpful and his staff was also ready to help when needed and was right on top of getting things done so we could complete the loan as quickly as possible. I thought the things would be paid directly but the check was sent to me and then had to scramble and send the checks back out. To pay things off thus needing to pay more then what the checks where for because more interest had accrued. I thought the balances would be zero but still have a balance that I will need to pay.
