Kevin has been a very patient and understanding person, willing to explain what is needed and in what method receiving our information would be acceptable since not all older people have the most up to date operating systems to work with. We appreciated his intuitive knowledge of what we were attempting to accomplish with this loan and he did better than we had expected. Thank you Kevin.

The end when Kevin took over our application was very great. Unfortunately he got the end of our patience due to the previous employee not being able to proceed with our application. The whole process was horrible because none of our paperwork was accepted but when Kevin took over he fixed it all, and we tried to be as patient as we could since we had to start all over. So to Kevin, thank you.
Kevin was personable, I like to let my personality be known right away. Over the phone kevin quickly picked up on this and adapted to my all fun and jokes personality while kepting us focused on the goal. He was patient and extremely helpful. Always listened to my completely unnessesary personal stories and comments. Makes ya feel like a person talking to a real person, not just another check on the list.
