Great communication and a fast process
When you speak to Kevin on the phone you could see his smile. His information is spot on. When he is not sure of an answer he investigates and communicates in a timely fashion. He is technology savvy ( pc, smart phone, I- phone, text, video, scans ....etc.) and time sensitivity is top on his list. When he see's a delay at one of the steps, he resets the time line and explains why. Kevin has the correct connections. Mr. Kevin Dull=efficient, effective with a smile. I think he Loves his job.
