First off, he wasn't "dull" at all... Kevin was very personable and listened carefully to all our questions. We trusted him to be knowledgeable and to guide us based on our needs. I'm sure it's not easy to juggle many loan applications simultaneously, but Kevin never made us feel like we were just a "number" to him and always got back to us very quickly (and often immediately). Great sense of humor too!
Kevin has been straight forward and honest throughout this process. He responded quickly and answered all our questions and concerns. Couldn't be more happy with our experience. Thank you Kevin!
Kevin is a very prompt communicator; everything was very clear and he held our hand every step of the way and went out of his way to make sure we were able to get our refinance and it all happened very easily! We had just purchased a home and had an experience with a different lender that was not painless I wish I had found Kevin before passing have that bad experience.
Kevin is very knowledgeable about navigating each step of the loan process. He guided us with patience in helping us understand what needed to be done and explained everything. We had just bought a house and had an awful experience so I wasn’t expecting Kevin to be so thorough when I inherited my dad’s house and wanted to refinance. I can’t say enough good things about how things went and highly recommend Kevin. We will call Kevin for all of our future needs. Nations Lending is TOP NOTCH!
