Well Kyle didn’t do anything as far as I know. The 1 time I did ask Kyle a question all he did was forward my question back to the Broker, Brian, who answered my question. Brian was great to work with. Almost a week after we signed & closed on the home, I start getting these emailed videos from Kyle. The first one notified me that my loan was in process, the next one was about 2 day later & said my loan had been approved & the one I received yesterday said the loan funded. Overall proformance was good however slightly in a few areas
Great experience, very helpful and responsive.
The process was very seamless and they are with you every step of the way. Each piece of the process is clearly explained and any questions you have, are handled and discussed. Definitely a stressful time to buy or build a house, but by working with Kyle, much of that stress was avoided. Thank you for helping me with my new home!
