Every communication with Kevin was fantastic and the process was extremely smooth except for the closing. The only person in the room w us was and elderly lady who was unable to explain many of the documents to us. She had us signing multiple papers that weren’t complete and she was unable to explain why. She also encouraged us not to stop and find Kevin when we did have a question. We have ALWAYS had a knowledgeable person in charge of our closing and for this reason only, I may not recommend
