I enjoyed our conversations and felt like I was making a good choice for myself and my family. I regret that with covid we weren’t able to have an in-person meeting, but I think this team has adapted well. One suggestion: I needed a more clear introduction to the other “cast of characters,” so to speak. The transition from talking primarily with Kevin to other team members was abrupt and confusing. I didn’t know who was responsible for which pieces, so I felt unsure directing my questions.
