Kevin did a great job of getting the ball rolling , the delays began when it got to processing . We should have been contacted immediately when there was a communication problem with my HOA . Like .. "Is this a condo or free standing townhome" ! I put some of the blame on my HOA . If we were running a relay .. someone would have dropped the baton !! Mary Wilder was good answering questions I had.
