Interesting all 8 were Korean products, I guess I like Korean Innovation & Warranty help bring me back to the Cars but this was the best sales experience I have had. Great service Staff at Kia west all very pleasant. In particular salesman we dealt with Ken Miscisco was exceptional. A new employee he was well informed and knew all the vehicles we looked at. You knew it was a good place to deal as other customers were very relaxed and comfortable. We ended up buying two vehicles and Ken was right up on info on both even though not Kia product. Amazing Car Shopping expereince Excellent staff, friendly fun environment! Was in on the weekend and had a great time with the BBQ they had going on as well as the live music. Makes for a fun car shopping experience. Ended up buying a used Kia Forte being it was more within my budget but the process went smooth and the staff were so helpful and not pushy at all! Fun experience, no pressure, impresive service My daughter and I had a productive and fun experience negotiating a purchase price on a used Kia Sportage this weekend. My Optimal Optima purchase I purchased my first brand new car at KiaWest and it was the best decision I've made. The car itself is remarkable when it comes to gas mileage and style. They even helped me re-do the interior with my own personal touch. Sales staff was informative and I really felt like one of the family. Their service station is filled with friendly staff that go the extra mile to get the job done. I even have recommended my sister and a few friends who are all now proud owners of vehicles from Kia West.
Great experience buying a car. We were most impressed with the attention given by Noah and Patrick - nothing was too much trouble and we felt like valued (potential) customers the minute we walked in the door. For two women walking into a dealership to buy a car, this experience is rare! We bought a new Kia Sorento SX+ and, so far, we love it!!!
Top Notch Service My wife and I recently purchased a new Kia Soul and and it was an enjoyable experience (not something that a person necessarily anticipates going in, you might say!). The service we received from various people - led by Jenn Zall - was superb.
