Wonderful, warm Salespeson & Sales manager! We both commented on how crazy busy this dealership is... however, Francis was right there! Our trade-in (with multiple vehicles) was convoluted, Frances and Patrick made the process seem so easy. Worth it. - A.M Even tho my family and I came in awhile ago to just "look" for a car at the time.. I can pleasantly say that we are 100% satisfied with our 2017 Kia Forte Lx+. We weren't at all planning to purchase a brand new car, we were only on the look out for a used one for me to drive. Great Experience I was dreading going in to buy my new vehicle but ALL the people I dealt with were excellent. Sales, finance, insurance, sales satisfaction specialist and parts department were all very helpful. I was on a tight time constraint and they all worked together to get me through and processed right quickly.
New car Very helpful not pushy very helpful after the sale. Made in easy to proceed showed a great number of cars and worked hard getting me a good price for the old car insurance traded in.
Great customer service This was my very first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and Alysha made it a great experience for me. She was not only very helpful, but also full of energy and very enthusiastic. I had been shopping around at other dealerships including Jim Pattison and Open Road auto groups but was able to find just what I wanted at Kia West.
