Kim walked me through the entire purchase. She patiently answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. Being able to do everything electronically made the transaction easy. I'd highly recommend Kim Carlson when purchasing a home.

No matter how many listings we sent over and no matter what our search availability was like, Becky and Kim were right there through it all to the end. We couldn't have been happier with the help they provided and questions they answered.

I've known Becky and Kim for almost 30 years. I consider them family. I sold my house in Arizona in 2005 and moved to Texas. The buyers were trying to say my foundation was questionable due to 4 cracked tiled in my kitchen. My inspection stated otherwise. Becky went the extra mile to patch the tiles herself! Problem solved and no stress on my end. These go getters will take good care of you. I love them!
