I was in a very difficult situation and had a very small window in which to select and purchase a home. Kim jumped right in and worked hard to help me. Very impressed with both Kim and Becky and their understanding of a buyers intentions and their knowledge of the real estate market. They truly listen to a client's concerns provide that service in a prompt and professional manner. There my team the next time I'm in need of real estate services.
They were very helpful, I would recommend them, however personal circumstances kept me from moving to a new location. So we were unable to finish the transaction.
Where else can you get two professionals for the price of one Kim and Becky are a great team and there for me when I needed them. They came in after a long time friend who was a realtor could not get the job done. I am glad I made the change and would recommend them highly. They really did more than talk about their service, they performed!
I would not recommend either one of them. I cold called asking to look at their listing. It was clear neither was motivated to show it they asked me a series of questions; prequalified, working with agent, timeframe to purchase...yes some standard but this was beyond that. When I explained I dimly wanted to see the property to have an idea on floor plans before serious looks in 6 months they both told me there was no need to show me the property as it would not be available in 6 months.
