She had great suggestions and was always accommodating and just a truly pleasant person to work with. Kim and Becky are awesome! I moved back and forth from California to Arizona and these ladies helped me to find a place quickly. Whenever I needed assistance or asked for a change in the search they created for me, it was done the same day. Very helpful respected our wants and passed us on to an associate in an other area. We thought Mesa was the place to be as all the people we knew snowbirded there. Kim took a complete morning and showed us the area and then proceeded to tell us we would be happier in an area like Surprise and made arrangements to meet with associate next day. We bought a short time later. I gained new respect for real estate agents, Kim is one of the best. Thanks

Kim helped me find and buy a short sale in 2012. I can be a tough customer and I expect a lot from professionals but I really don't think I had one complaint with her.
