Kim King communicated everything very clearly and why we needed what was requested throughout the entire process. The assistants were very helpful as well. Kim King and her team are THE BEST! Throughout the homebuying process, she was communicative and extremely patient with me/my 60-70 hour work week. She touched base with me often and ensured that I was clear on the necessary steps to move forward. She was available through e-mail, text, and phone calls to work around my availability. Most of my paperwork was completed in advance via the portal, so the closing process took only about 15 minutes. Thank you, Kim for an extremely positive experience!
