The process was very straightforward with normal and reasonable documentation requests. The interest rate was great with very low costs. Kim was fast and efficient and kept on top of things. Kim was definitely on my side during the whole process, and when we did hit a small snag, she figured out a way for me to solve the problem quickly and move forward and get the loan approved, closed and funded in a very short period of time.
